Native App or Mobile Website?
Does the submission need to be a native App that can be installed on a smartphone or can it be a fully responsive website that functions across mobile browsers?

The app needs to be downloadable to a smart phone or mobile device.

James, this is an unusual constraint particularly for a challenge duration of just 2 months. Would you reconsider allowing mobile web apps that can be added to the home screen but that still require a network connection to be used?

We understand the constraint. We need to make sure that the individual has access to their safety plan regardless of internet access. We are open to the rest.

All eligibility requirements are listed in the FRN. We will judge based on the product and potential scope/impact of the app developed.

what exactly we need to submit? the final app or high-fidelity wireframes?

We will have a demo phase for those apps submitted during the judging period. Previously it was mentioned that non completed applications would potentially be considered for this challenge, however correction is necessary to clarify that only fully completed applications will be considered and no awards will be considered for proposals.

James,
For us to send you the demo version of the app, we need your UDID number for iPhone. Can you please provide us that information.
Here are the instructions to find UDID number: http://www.innerfence.com/howto/find-iphone-unique-device-identifier-udid
Thanks,
Ajay

James,
We plan to demo our app via TestFlight, so we will need the following information:
1) The UDID of the iPhones the contest evaluators will be using
2) the email addresses of the evaluators
Thanks,
- D.
