Submission deliverables

Could you clarify how to submit the following?
- are there details for a written component or proposal? For example do you need to know the development plan, team bio, or feature list?

- source code. This is mentioned in the rules. So I assume we make a zip file and upload as the submission?

- functioning app. If we have enough time to make an iPhone app, should it be available at the App Store? Or do you have the ability to test it another way?

    Hi,

    Just following up on this question for the moderators. The submission form is the generic challenge.gov form which includes optional pdf upload and video. If we include a pdf document and/or a video demo, will these be considered by the judges? Or should we just submit the app itself?

    You must be able to submit the app, but a video demo of the app functioning and the source code available will help us in the judging period. The more information that is submitted, the easier for us to get a good understanding of the app itself.
