Licensed Psychologist and Designer Looking for Developer

My friend and I are wondering if there is any developer out there who would be interested in partnering on this project? I am licensed psychologist and I have put together an outline of content that far exceeds the content required by the proposal and my friend is capable of completing the design aspects of the project to make it aesthetically appealing and easy to navigate, however neither of us have any programming experience. If anyone is interested, please let us know!
