Do you need to see web server database or code?

Hello. My app has a combination of native and web features. The web features communicate with a site essentially running within the framework of a full CMS. Do you need to view some (or all) of the database and source code of the website, and if so how would you like this to be provided? Thanks!

    The source code needs to be shared and the app itself able to be sent by end of week. Thanks.
